Our Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.  VL&CS, LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown during transfers or charters and will ONLY be responsible for making up lost time at a date mutually agreed upon.  Any damages to limousines/vehicles by the passenger will be billed and charged to the passenger/client’s credit card on file.  Overtime will be charged for any client that exceeds the agreed-upon contractual time and will be charged at a standard hourly rate based on the vehicle and time of rental. We are not responsible for delays or termination of services based on weather due to unsafe road conditions.  We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle after services are rendered. All balances are to be paid prior to services being rendered.

Verbonlimo & Car Car Service, LLC (VL&CS, LLC )

General Policies.  All rates are subject to change and do not apply during special events. VL&CS, LLC requires a credit card to confirm a reservation. 10% of the total estimated trip amount will be pre-authorized prior to the trip. After the trip has been completed, our billing department will audit the final trip charges for any applicable additional charges/time and charge the trip to the card on file unless other accepted payment arrangements have been made. We cannot send a vehicle without a valid credit card pre-authorization. New clients will be required to send in a credit card authorization form with photo ID. 

VL&CS, LLC charges a $25 Holiday Surcharge for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July ‘4th’ Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. All airport trips are subject to a $3.00 airport access fee for parking, permits, and airport AVI charges. Any trips incurring usage of the HOV ‘lane’ will have toll charges added to the bill at the conclusion of the trip. VL&CS, LLC is not liable for delays caused by vehicle mechanical issues, road closures, GPS mapping errors, accidents, airline delays, breakdowns, weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control. VL&CS, LLC reserves the right to substitute the same or higher capacity vehicles when the ordered vehicle type is not available at no additional charge and with no notice. VL&CS, LLC will make every effort to service your trip with a VL&CS, LLC chauffeur and vehicle, but we reserve the right to use a qualified affiliate partner chauffeur and vehicle when we are oversold or during peak times at our discretion without notice. Confirmation charges are estimates based on times provided by the client and VL&CS, LLC minimums. These charges may change based on actual times and travel distances. – VL&CS, LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle or damages incurred to personal belongings as a result of negligence.

Vehicles Policies.  Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. For your refreshment, VL&CS, LLC provides complimentary water, drinks, and mints. Please call in advance for special requests. Any damages to a vehicle by passenger will be billed at the cost of repairs to the credit card on file at our sole discretion. Excessive clean-up, including spills of staining fluids, ANY bodily fluids or odors will incur additional clean-up charges for labor and materials of contaminated surfaces a minimum of $300.00 upon our sole discretion. VL&CS, LLC reserves the right to terminate a trip for unruly, threatening, or unsafe behavior by passengers at any time. No refunds will be given.

Wait & Travel Time Policies. Travel time for locations are computed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick-up point to the time it returns to the drop-off point (door-to-door). Additional travel time will be added for locations beyond our zone 4 operating area. All Airport transfers are subject to the following wait time:

*No charge for vehicle departing the airport within 30 minutes of flight landed time.

*Vehicle departing the airport after 45 minutes of flight landed time will be charged wait time at vehicle hourly rate.

Deposit Policy New Accounts.  All Reservations for Proms, Weddings, Charters and other Special Events must be secured by a non-refundable deposit ‘-‘ 50% at booking & balance 7 days prior to pickup.

Cancellation Policy. All cancellations for Sedans, SUV’s, Sprinter Vans, Mini Buses and Coach Buses must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date. All late cancellations will be billed the base rate multiplied by the vehicle minimum hours, plus service charge and sales tax. Customers who fail to show at the designated pick up location will be charged a “No show” fee for the entire amount of the trip. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, you must notify us by phone at 1-917-567-8613 to avoid a “No Show” charge. Cancellation Policies are subject to change.
